A concrete ground floor carries timber-and-steel upper storeys clad in dark-stained weatherboards. Louvre shutters and battened screens filter the sun and wind, and large Vitex decks run either side of the first floor to catch the sea views on both sides.
At Master Builders House of the Year 2023 it took Regional Gold and a place in the national Top 100.
